Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (TOS) define the rights and obligations between DigiFactory SA, a Swiss limited company headquartered in Geneva, and any user making a purchase within the Astral Secrets mobile application.

2. Products and Services Covered

The Astral Secrets application is accessible free of charge. Non‑premium users have limited access to certain features, which may include free but daily‑restricted usage, and may be required to watch advertisements to access certain content. Certain additional features are offered through a Premium mode, available after a one‑time payment via the official stores (App Store and Google Play). Premium mode notably allows you to:

  • remove advertisements;
  • access all Premium features, some of which offer unlimited access while others may be subject to reasonable technical limitations intended to prevent abuse and ensure proper service operation;
  • enjoy extended use without the daily restrictions applicable to non‑premium users.

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in the local currency at the time of purchase, all taxes included, or their equivalent in another currency depending on the store used. DigiFactory SA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without retroactive effect on purchases already made. Stores may apply their own pricing policies, including in the case of promotions.

4. Payment Methods

Payment is made via the secure platforms of the App Store or Google Play Store. No banking data is processed or stored by DigiFactory SA. By making a purchase, the user also accepts the terms of use and privacy policy of the relevant platform (Apple or Google), which govern, in particular, payment processing, refunds, and disputes related to the transaction.

5. Access to Premium Content

Access to Premium features is granted immediately after payment confirmation by the store. Some Premium features may be subject to reasonable technical limitations intended to ensure proper service operation. These limitations may evolve depending on usage and technical capacity.

6. Technical Compatibility

The user is responsible for verifying that their device and operating system are compatible with the application and its features. No refund will be granted in the event of a technical incompatibility not attributable to DigiFactory SA.

7. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation and store policies, access to digital content provided immediately after purchase does not give rise to a right of withdrawal.

8. Warranties and Liability

The use of content and services, including under Premium mode, remains subject to the liability and warranty disclaimers defined in the Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

10. Amendments

DigiFactory SA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in force is the one available in the application at the time of purchase.
