1. Introduction and Definitions

The Astral Secrets application is developed and operated by DigiFactory SA, a Swiss limited company headquartered in Geneva. By accessing the application, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

2. License of Use

The user has the right to use the Astral Secrets application for personal purposes. It is prohibited to copy, modify, sell, or redistribute any part of the application without the written authorization of DigiFactory SA.

3. Access Conditions

The Astral Secrets application is intended for individuals aged 13 or older. If the user is a minor, they must obtain authorization from their legal representative before using the application.

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the application only for its intended purpose, namely for personal and recreational use. Any commercial, automated, or unlawful use is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The user agrees not to: Divert or attempt to access protected sections or areas not intended for end users. Use the application to disrupt its operation (e.g., spam, overload attempts). Regarding features that use artificial intelligence (such as the "clairvoyance" function), the user agrees to: Not submit illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or sensitive content. Not misuse these features for fraudulent, commercial, or unlawful purposes. DigiFactory SA reserves the right to disable access to these features in cases of clear non-compliance with these rules.

7. Free Access and Premium Mode

The application can be used free of charge. Non-premium users have limited access to certain features and may be required to view advertisements to access specific content. The Premium mode, available through a one-time purchase, allows users to remove ads and access all Premium features, some of which offer unlimited access, while others may be subject to reasonable technical limitations to prevent abuse and ensure proper service operation, in accordance with the Terms of Sale.

8. User Input Content

Messages entered in the "clairvoyance" section are analyzed by an external artificial intelligence system. They are not associated with any personal identity. In the event of a voluntary report, only the message content is stored for moderation purposes. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Astral Secrets application contains elements specifically designed for it, as well as content from third-party services used in compliance with their respective licenses. This includes, in particular, music, generated texts, and visuals. These elements are reserved for the exclusive use of the application and may not be reproduced, extracted, or reused without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

DigiFactory SA makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the application. However, it cannot be held liable for: technical malfunctions or bugs, temporary or permanent unavailability of the application, or improper or abusive use by the user.

The application is provided without any guarantee of accuracy, continuity, or results. DigiFactory SA does not guarantee that the content will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In case of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any appeal to the Federal Supreme Court. This provision does not deprive the user of any mandatory protections granted by the laws of their country of residence.

13. Changes to the Terms

DigiFactory SA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review this document regularly.
